The standard browser extension and all Telegram parental remote control tools (including remote unlocking, instant lockdown, and study break timers) are provided 100% free of charge. Because no payment is collected for free family tier usage, refund requests do not apply.

2. Future Pro Family Upgrades & Subscriptions

When premium upgrades (such as Hardware Proximity Auto-Lock) are introduced in the future:

• 14-Day Family Money-Back Guarantee: If you purchase a future Pro family license or subscription and it does not meet your household's needs, you may request a 100% refund within 14 days of purchase.
• Hassle-Free Cancellation: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time directly through your parent billing dashboard. Pro features will remain active until the end of your billing period.

3. How Parents Can Request a Refund

To request a refund for any future eligible purchase, simply reach out to our support channel with your receipt or device ID via Telegram at @wbsiteblocker_bot. We process eligible refunds for families within 3–5 business days.
