By installing, downloading, or using the SiteBlocker browser extension and companion services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Purpose & Parental Supervision

SiteBlocker is designed as a parental assistance tool to help parents, guardians, and families supervise screen time and prevent unsupervised access to distracting or age-inappropriate websites.

2. Service Tiers & Freemium Model

• Parent Telegram Remote Control: Provided 100% free of charge, forever. Parents can pair their personal phone to remotely lock, unlock for homework/reward intervals, and manage website blocklists.
• Parent Proximity Auto-Lock (Pro Feature): Uses local Wi-Fi and Bluetooth radio signals to lock websites automatically when the parent moves out of range. This feature is currently provided as a free trial during public beta. We reserve the right to introduce a paid family subscription or license in future updates. Free Telegram controls will remain unrestricted forever.

3. Parental Authority & Acceptable Use

You confirm that you are the parent, legal guardian, or authorized administrator of the computer on which SiteBlocker is installed. You agree to use the software solely for lawful parental guidance and digital wellbeing, and not to disrupt backend services.

4. License Grant

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SiteBlocker for non-commercial family and educational use.

5. Parental Guidance & Disclaimer

SiteBlocker is an automated technological barrier provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While designed to reliably block restricted sites, it is intended to assist, not replace, active parental involvement and healthy family conversations around digital technology.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as new family protection features are introduced. Continued use of SiteBlocker indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
